Team Leader Customer Support (m/w/d)

Large German clients from various industries such as energy, telecommunications, transport etc. rely on our customer services.
We are searching for a motivated, passionated Team Leader with a positive attitude who will support us at our Service Center in Veliko Tarnovo.
Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance and instructions to the team- members and
developping the team through Training on the job, monitoring and coaching - Regularly monitor ana analyze targets set and the performance achieved
- Responsible for the results of the team (by following up and taking accurate measures in case of deduction from the established targets)
- Responsible for the regular analysis of KPIs
- Working on site in Veliko Tarnovo and mantaining a daily contact with the team
- Organization of regular team meetings in order to ensure efficient communication with and between team members
- Managing and supporting remote team members (emergency access, Home Ofice) and on site employees
- Supporting the team in all administrative matters
Your profile:
- Organisational talent and very good presentation skills
- Good understanding of numbers and very good analytical skills
- Strong communication skill, readiness to compromise, ability to deal with conflict
- Leadership skills, ability to motivate the team and awaken the team spirit
- Very good knowledge of English and German (spoken and written)
- excellent computer skills
